Synthesia, a.s. - Strategic Business Unit Organic Chemistry is the biggest Czech producer of organic compounds, having a strong position in the area of advanced organic intermediates. A major part of its production volume is intended for export to advanced European markets or overseas markets. Currently SBU Organic Chemistry delivers its products to customers in more than 40 countries worldwide. Key customers of SBU Organics include mainly companies who are active in the plastics industry, in agriculture, pharmaceutical companies, dyestuffs producers, armament companies, cosmetic producers, etc.

Research and development in this area is provided by a specialized research team from a Synthesia´s subsidiary, Research Institute for Organic Syntheses, Inc. (VUOS) . We are ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS ISO 18001:2008 certified.Production of active pharmaceutical ingredients is a subject to GMP and is regularly audited by the State Institute for Drug Control.
